We are not a company that trains on site, creates interactive courseware, or just produces videos. We specialize in Maxecution™! This means our job is to get maximum results – we “move the needle” and show a tangible difference in our efforts.
The use of video is our preferred medium and is a means to an end. It can be standardized, used remotely, and is always available. And Maxecution™ video is proven to be more effective than interactive courseware and just as effective as live training.
Regardless of our delivery methodology, we don’t just teach concepts, we teach repeatable skills and knowledge that increase close ratios, improves compliance, and changes behavior. We also use a holistic approach which includes initial video training that is task-based and addresses both initial and refresh learning needs. We enable hands on model and coaching calls to ensure changed behavior has occurred, and support collaborative review and performance support (mobile video to enable review on the spot – at the moment you need the most help).
The other guys just “introduce” the material – but there is no assurance that knowledge was transferred, or that the team has changed or improved their behavior. In sales, you can see the difference – with Maxecution™ we increase sales dramatically, while “they” often barely cause a blip.
