Ryan Eudy CEO.

Ryan joined ej4 in 2005 as the first official employee working on production. Since then has held the positions of Senior Project Manager and Director of Sales and Chief Operating Officer. Ryan assumed the CEO role in 2012 and manages ej4's people and business operations. Ryan offers creative solutions, he has a unique understanding of client needs partnered with an intricate knowledge of online video based training. Prior to joining ej4, Ryan was the Director of Outside Operations at a nationally recognized Country Club in St. Louis, Missouri where he was responsible for process improvement, budgeting, and staffing while maintaining the high service levels required of the Country Club.

Rick Michael Chief Marketing Officer

Rick brings over a decade of successful sales leadership experience to ej4. Rick has an MBA and Bachelor's degree in Business, from Sam Houston State University and is based in Houston, TX. Rick joined ej4 from SkillSoft Corporation where he consulted with Fortune 100 companies to identify and provide technology enabled learning and development assets. While in this role, Rick partnered with leaders of some of the largest companies in the world to develop learning plans that significantly increased employee performance and engagement. Prior to SkillSoft Corporation, Rick was Vice President of Sales for the Education Finance Division of Wachovia Bank. In this role Rick led multiple sales organizations responsible for over $3 Billion in annual sales and was integral in the design and execution of the banks strategic sales initiatives and partnerships.Rick has received several awards for Sales Management Excellence and throughout his career has been recognized for building high performing sales teams with a strong customer focus.

Tom Lynch Chief Technology Officer.

Tom first started working with ej4 to develop the first iteration of the ej4 Learning Management System as an external consultant in 2004. As ej4 continued to grow Tom was hired on as our first developer. Since then Tom has developed multiple versions of ej4, countless Client versions, and our first entries into eCommerce. His passion and focus on technology have helped keep ej4 in the forefront of video based technology.
