How many times can I view each course?
As many times as you would like. Courses are available as refreshers anytime, anywhere.
Do all courses come with an exam?
Most courses come with a 5-15 question exam composed of true/false and multiple choice questions. The exceptions would be very short courses that are informational and do not have action items associated with the content. Additionally, our MS Office courses do not contain exams.
What internet browsers do you support?

Can I use my existing Learning Management System (LMS)?
Integrating ej4 J4 videos into your LMS can be done quickly and easily. We will provide you with our SCORM wrapped programs for seamless integration into your LMS. This includes videos, student materials, and exams.
Are the videos hosted on my companies servers?
ej4 hosts all content in a cloud-based CDN. We utilize EdgeCast's Content Delivery Network (CDN) to publish content directly from servers in 18 metro areas on four continents, which allows for massive amounts of computing that is directly connected to all the major backbone networks. This means “blazing-fast content delivery” that is specifically built for the large file, broadband web requirements of Video eLearning.

Do I have to select the entire course library?
No. Hundreds and hundreds of courses typically isn't the answer. Let's work together to select the courses that work best for your organizational objectives.
Are you SCORM Compliant?
Yes. We support SCORM 1.2. We also support AICC.
Can your LMS host other content?
We do not allow the client LMS to host the content. All of our videos are hosted through ej4, and EdgeCast, when they hit "play" on the video. This eliminates storing large files on their network, and being responsible for streaming video.
Why won’t the videos play on my computer?
You may need to download the latest flash video player which can be found at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
What does buffering mean?
All of our videos load most of the content before it begins to play so it will play continuously without interference. This load time is called buffering. The amount of buffering time depends on internet connection speed.
Issue: When I press Watch Video, the video is green and pixelated.
Right click on the video and go to settings. Uncheck Hardware Acceleration.
Issue: When the introduction video is not working.
Click the link below the player, “Having problems?” and try our alternate video player.
Issue: Introduction video plays but the course does not play.
Try another PC to see if there are issues on that computer as well. Try different web browsers like IE, Firefox, Chrome, etc. If the user has a Mac with developer software installed, have them download this Flash link

Issue: When it takes a moment to load the course.
Upon clicking on the watch course button, the player validates the amount of available bandwidth to determine what video stream to provide to the user. It also determines what browser you are using in case you are on a mobile device (IOS, Android, Blackberry, etc.). This is why the program takes a moment to load.
Issue: Why can I not login to the mobile site on my iPhone?
Turn on your cookies.
Issue: When running usage reports, can you see de-activated usage?
Yes the usage log will show de-activated past usage.
Why does the Microsoft Office content not have exams?
Our Microsoft Office content does not contain exams and are designed to teach people the necessary skills to perform essential functions of the software.
Issue: When a user does not have their login information submitted yet.
At this time, your login information has not been submitted to us. Please check with your manager or your Human Resources to get this sorted out.
